Before your consultation, Michelle will ask for photos of you sitting and standing so that she can analyze your posture and create an action plan. You will also be asked to fill out a short survey so that she can better understand your needs.

When you connect via Skype (or Facetime), Michelle will:

  • give you coaching about sitting, standing and working at your computer
  • guide you through personalized posture stretches and exercises, correcting your form and making sure that you feel comfortable with each movement (make sure to wear clothing that allows for movement)
  • answer your questions about ergonomics
  • help you to develop new habits while offering support and guidance

After the lesson Michelle will email you a “posture plan”, that sums up all of the advice she offered and lists all of the stretches and exercises that she recommends.
